Now I can share renders of several samples, which one way or another already exist in reality. And I can say - dreams come true!

IDOL KAIJU — when a toy becomes art. Sculptor Anton Tische, creator of the IDOL figure, and toy designer Danil YAD, founder of the Kaiju project, joined forces to reimagine the IDOL sculpture through the lens of Kaiju aesthetics. I implemented one of the old concepts. A boy in a Kaiju costume imagines himself as big and scary. But in my universe, Kaiju are not like that.

With my great love for renders, I've come to the conclusion to convey some effects it's better to photograph the finished product.

You know, when it comes to local fill colors, everything comes to tables, charts, pontoons. And there's nothing wrong with that. But in the work I do on my own, I want to leave some customization.

Gradients, shimmers, uneven colors. Things that will change from copy to copy. What doesn't change is the individual approach to each one.

A project within a project. A chronicle based on pop culture.

It is a mistake to believe that the Reaper is Death. He's more of a messenger. But instead of doing his job, he became curious about our world. And he began to study it.

The Reaper character was born as part of the Kaiju Project, but became an independent project. In the toy "Melt", I find the idea of the inexorable passage of time interesting.

Like any creative work, KAIJU PROJECT is a reflection of feelings and experiences. Kaiju made himself a little plush companion. Why? Maybe a reflection of his powerlessness in front of the situation, maybe as a struggle with loneliness.

I think that, like the whole KAIJU PROJECT, this work is like a new round of my creativity. A kind of Reborn of the work that I've been doing and am doing now. I am glad that I started with this particular job and it became a kind of starting point.
